Client Objective
Due to recent increases in site energy consumption and comfort related complaints from residents, upon investigation the customer was led to believe the AC units were operating unnecessarily hard and struggled to maintain comfort.
In order to avoid high replacement costs the customer wanted to try the Envirotemp AC Flush alternative.
Outcome & Benefits
The results confirm the Mitsubishi AC unit has lost significant performance which is evident by the 25.3% C.O.P. gain following treatment.
The unit is now able to provide 25.3% additional performance while using 10% less refrigeration capacity. This translates into available reserve capacity for use during periods of higher demand.
